Today was perhaps the best class performance in the daily mile so far – well done!

  1. Before, I used to hate doing running but now I kind of like to run . We even like the time when we run because straight after running we have our lunch and we can relax .

  2. In my opinion the daily mile really helps my stamina and speed.
    I also find it a little bit hard and I want to start timing my self.

  3. The mile run is very enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Being a test of endurance and determination, it’s not always easy to finish.

  4. In my opinion, the daily mile run has helped me improve stamina and speed. But most importantly, it has improved my grit and determination even if other people are further than me or faster than me, I always carry on and finish.

  5. I don’t like the mile a day but I know it is good for me. I also find it a bit challenging at times, I enjoy the mile run sometimes but not all of the time. I think I am doing quite good even though I don’t like it as much, the mile a day makes me feel good and exercised more however I am still tired.
